The Good the Bad and The Ugly

The Good!
Exercise and surprisingly lots of it.
The Bad!
Too much Drink
The UGLY!
Too much food.

It is all written down, I just need to put it on the internets. I found myself ridiculously busy at the end of the week and then without a connection down on the Cape. I'l post my daily foods in all of it's excess caloric glory when I get home this evening.

I think too much food and drink are pretty much canceled out by lots of exercise and a very good time had. Great to get right back on track, though!
