Next!

Made an appointment to meet with a new plastic surgeon on Friday. I'm tired of my thighs not matching my middle. I'm feeling hyper aware of it lately. Probably because it's cold and pants are still a difficult fit for me. You think it's hard finding clothes at 200 pounds? 300 pounds? They do not make clothes for skinny women who used to be fat. Very frustrating to be a "normal size" and still not have pants fit. Argh.

I know this pain. My waist can fit a certain size of pants, but my thighs won't let me.

I hope it all goes well!

I think pants are hard to fit no matter what your size! Why is it so hard to make clothes to fit people?

Pants are a difficult fit, so much to take into consideration. I guess I just thought that my issues would be solved by removing the excess in the middle. Notsomuch. Pants, while part of my wardrobe now, are only of the wide legged variety. Jeans still mostly mock me and the pants that I do own, often ride up my thigh. Not pretty and even worse, not comfortable!

I just found your blog and find it to be a great inspiration. I have ~150 pounds to lose. Your comment about the loose skin is one of the things that makes me nervous about losing all of the weight. I'll be reading to get updates on how your appointment goes!

I am beginning to understand the dilemma. It is frustrating when pants fit my waist, but are so freaking tight in my thighs and hips! And the ones that fit my thighs and hips, too big in the waist.
