You don't look like you ever weighed that much.

Or another popular line, you don't look like you needed plastic surgery. If this is what my arms look like you can imagine what the tummy was like. For the most part though, my arms don't bother me, even with all the extra skin. It never keeps me from putting on a sleeveless top or a dress with spaghetti straps. Hiding I think is worse. I love sunshine on my shoulders and the breeze on my neck. Tee shirts, long sleeves in summer-- Screw it. Most people don't notice anyway unless I point it out. I can see how tiny my arms would be and maybe someday when I'm older (and gravity continues to catch up) I'll do the rest of me. In the meantime, I'm loving summer.

Sarah -you are so cute!

I think your arms are fine - that loose skin really isn't much. Mine are much the same way, although a bit bigger. I am getting more comfortable going sleeveless, although it is hard.

My arms bother me more than other parts as far as loose skin goes. I think the scars on the arm are much more noticeable, so don't know if I would ever go that route, even if I could afford it.

Sarah, your arms look good. I agree with Lori--you ARE adorable.

Do you do strength training? I've had my post-100+-pound weight loss arms go through several stages. Really saggy before weightlifting. Better with weightlifting. Really good, hardly saggy with combo of weightlifting and Pilates Reformer. Now incredibly saggy after rotator cuff injury and surgery and very slow rehab. BUT I know that eventually I can get back to the weights and Pilates.

Just a thought if you're not strength training. It's freakin' addictive it makes you so strong.

Damn girl you are looking good. With all the stress this past week has caused me to eat some things which I shouldn't. Back in the gym this morning for some cardio, and back into the diet for me. I'm 20% of my goal towards getting my tummy tuck surgery. Can't wait to see the results on myself.

You look awesome and so happy! I want to embrace and love my arms. I'm working on them and eventually I hope to just be okay with them.

Your arms aren't that bad - the loose skin doesn't show so much unless you lift them like in that pose. I love the look on your face in that picture - you really are a cutie!

I can't bring myself to wear sleeveless tops outside of the house yet, but I'm working on it. Good on ya for doing it!!

Thanks for the compliments. I love clothes. I try hard to find flattering fits but somethings you just can't cover all the time. especially in the summer. And you are right most don't notice unless you point it out. I often wave my arm at people who don't think I was ever heavy. Shirts are sometimes still a problem, but a little extra shopping and you can always find something that fits.
