I would have thought you would have realized, doctors have no sense of humour.
At least, up here in the frozen north they don't. They spend too much time googling what they think is wrong with you, rather than actually diagnosing, before they prescribe the wonder drug of the day even if it isn't for the symptoms you're experiencing. :)
