This is where I am starting. My scale actually gave me three different numbers this morning. 185.6 and 185 also, but I happily took a picture of the lower number. For record keeping though I'll stick with the 185. It's amazing to me that I have been able to stay here with no thought or effort, just by being me since November. The fluid came off quick... but the rest has to be all me. I'm finally ready.
I'm three meals in. Anyone want to share their favorite protein powder? The one I used this morning made me want to gag.

Gold Standard 100% whey, flavor: vanilla ice cream, for versatility, or double chocolate. 24 g protein per scoop at 120 calories.
I put a scoop in my morning coffee (and another scoop mid morning in my decaf), usually French Roast, and sometimes add a couple Tbs. of pure cocoa & a bit of splenda.
Tastes like a mocha, sorta, much better than putting in water (bleh.)
Also, I sometimes blend one scoop (vanilla or chocolate) with 2 ounces of softened cream cheese, a couple Tbls. of cocoa, some non-cal sweetener to taste, and a few drops of peppermint extract. Then pop it in the freezer for a few minutes until slightly firm, for a divine indulgence that resembles a chewy fudge. I don't worry about fat grams when losing because the fat helps diminish hunger.
Yep that is my favorite protein powder too, use it in my protein bars and for shakes. It's Optimum Nutrition, Gold Standard and I prefer the chocolate to the vanilla but buy both, always run out of the chocolate first though and then end up adding coco to the vanilla most times when I use it. It's a bit more pricey but if you buy it online in the 5 lb size usually you can get a deal if you look for promotional codes.
