What I ate today:

Breakfast
1.5 oz. of Maple and Brown Sugar Life
1/2 c. 1% milk

Snack
Venti Iced Coffee
Kashi Truly Vanilla Oatmeal

Lunch
Ham and Cheddar Sandwich on Multigrain with Honey Mustard, Lettuce and Tomato
Jasmine Tea with Honey
1 c. Chicken and Rice Soup (really just carrots and broth)

Dinner
Veggie Sushi with Brown Rice
16 oz. Banana Mango Smoothie

Late Night Snack
1 c. Frozen Veggies
